Where did it go?

Some of you have noticed, and I appreciate you looking out for me. Very thoughtful. What am I talking about? My sudden dearth of writing. For some inexplicable reason, after almost 1500 blog posts and 4 books…

…I suddenly don’t feel like writing.

I’m fine, nothing disastrous distracting me, I’m healthy, happy and all that. It’s not writer’s block – I have tons of things that I COULD write about, ideas abound. (I mean, I have about 5 novels completely written in my head.)

I can’t explain it, and I don’t understand it. Hopefully it is just a passing phase.

Same with social media. There have been times where I am on FB all the time, then there are times like this past week where I hardly even think about it.

In the words of John Mellencamp, “I know there’s a balance – I see it when I swing past.”

Anyway, this is mostly to let you know that I am fine, and to thank those who reached out. I figure this will pass, but until then, expect more sporadic posting.

As always, I appreciate your continued love and support. You guys are the best!

Lovies,

  2. Thank you for your brief explanation. You have been a light in my life, and I have missed that light. I’m grateful to hear that you’re not seriously ill. I will be reading anything you write, whenever you write it. As I’ve been told: “This too shall pass.” So, hang in there.

  3. I have been so abundantly blessed by reading your blog and books that if you never shared another word, my soul would still overflow with gratitude. I am a better person for having read what I have of your material.
