Your raisin “starter kit” reminded me of the year my mom collected some of our goat dropping to leave around proving “that messy ol’ Rudolph really had been there” at Christmas. My younger brother and sister LOVED it.
I’m about as anti-elf/leprechaun/etc/whatever other crazy, time consuming, thing they come up with as you get. This scary bunny and his trail cracked me up though. I have a friend that found a recipe for tomb cookies (after they’re done they’re empty) that I’ve always wanted to copy. Such a good idea to keep kids focused the right direction for Easter.
Didn’t think that elf on a shelf could get any worse…

Being a MMW, I really enjoy your assorted posts; reflective, insightful, spiritual and funny!
I’m sure your EC and FOML ‘s are uplifted, informed and occasionally embarrassed by your MMM moments.
I really do appreciate your MMM musings! I even print them out and read them with my husband at our scripture readings and occasionally forward them to our grown children who are scattered across the country.

Obviously you meant this in jest but I am SURE you could sell these! Mom’s have such pure motives to show love and bring significance to special family times but it is soooo easy to be guilted or manipulated into taking the focus off things that matter most. I’m so glad I finished mothering small children before the advent of mom blogs and pinterest. I drove everyone crazy enough. I could have tortured them to a much higher level.
