Love that movie! I’m trying really hard to help my boys see the majesty in everything around them and to be grateful for it (nature, gospel principles, friendships, learning…) My greatest joy as a mother comes when they point things out to appreciate and admire: priceless! I love this concept. All throughout the scriptures we are admonished to “awake”. Shake off the chains with which we are bound. When jonah was asleep at the bottom of the ship the ship master said, “What meanest thou, Oh sleeper. Arise and call upon your God.”
How sad that many people go from day to day with really seeing and experiencing the majesty of life.
To quote herself as the ‘flibbertigibbet’, “I have nothing to say about that”.
